Lianna is building a multicultural movement for health to empower local communities to address health concerns through evidence-based, plant-based nutrition. Her story inspired the attendees to want to learn more about these benefits. Providing remarks about her personal journey, Rebecca Johnson, culinary organizer for PPMNY, offered details of the miraculous changes in her life since having plant-based diet. A Harlem resident, Rebecca works as a plant-based health supportive chef and nutrition and culinary education manager. Rebecca was certified in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T.
