Jeong Mun

Jeong Mun Heo is Head of Development for South Korea and Lecturer of Jewish Studies at the Bernard Revel Graduate School of Jewish Studies. In this capacity, he works to develop the Advanced Certificate Program in Jewish Studies for Korean speaking students in the United States and South Korea. He has recently been a Golda Meir Postdoctoral Fellow at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2022-2023). He is author of Images of Torah: From the Second Temple period to the Middle Ages (Brill, 2023) and has published books and articles on Biblical studies and education in Korean. He is currently continuing his research in the areas of phenomenology of religion and the philosophical and theological discourse between Judaism and Christianity from late antiquity to the Middle Ages.
